1. Strong Kubernetes Integration: CCE closely follows upstream Kubernetes concepts and workflows, which reduces the learning curve for my team. We also use standard Kubernetes tooling, and our CI/CD integrations have worked well overall with CCE. 2. Integrated Cloud Ecosystem: Integration with Huawei Cloud's other services is convenient and simplifies deployment architecture for our projects that are already deployed in Huawei Cloud. 3. Relatively smooth initial setup experience: Initial cluster creation, node provisioning, and basic workload deployment are relatively straightforward.

Work order support needs improvement. Response times outside of working hours are not timely enough, and the handling of urgent issues is not user-friendly.
