From my perspective, I liked that Edison helped me centralize course catalogs and student enrollment records. This will enable me to more easily track the individuals who require further assistance with our workforce development needs.

The absence of detailed information hampers the identification of the progress of learners and teams. I do not have an efficient way to determine what topics are difficult for the employees or which areas of the training are insufficient.
