We implemented DocuSign CLM soon after SpringCM was acquired.  It was the best of the small group of competitors.  The costs were higher, but the product and support team continue to deliver and cost became a smaller and smaller factor in our decision to renew.  

DS CLM is robust, fairly easy to use, and dependable, creating trust in the application within our user base.  The support team that comes with the DS CLM implementation has made all the difference and has been key to our continued success.  Additionally, as DocuSign acquires new technology, they improve it and deliver it to their customers in a consistent high quality manner.

Having used DS CLM for nearly 6 years, I still believe we made the best choice.
