What I like most about is its end to end automation of the contract lifecycle. The platform significantly reduces manual work by streamlining tasks like contract creation, review & approvals and renewals through configurable workflows. The centralised repository is also extremely valuable - it ensures all documents are stored securely in one place and are easily accessible with robust search and filter options. Version control Automated alerts for key dates Audit Trails These features are helpful for maintaining compliance throughout the process.

The UX and search features. I also have not had a good experience receiving support from the Jaggaer team to improve our use and adoption. They frequently direct us to online resources and try to upsell us on consulting when we ask for support.
