As it is intuitive to use, training will be limited and instant use is possible. Next to that, Zycus is providing customer focused value realization support. Assessing our own processes and contributing with their product lines to a more efficient and effective procurement practise.

1. External Integration capabilities were less than expected. The integration is one-way, meaning from Zycus out, or 3PP to Zycus. This didn't allow the streamlining of tools and processes we expected. 2. The Zycus Implementation team had an extremely high turnover of approx. 60% of the team during our implementation and the team's level of experience and knowledge of what is possible with the platform was lacking in some areas. This was remedied by Zycus when they added an external consultant later in the project, but was a pain point and extended the duration of our implementation. 3. Internal Integration capabilities exist in some cases, but need to be improved. Information from one module (e.g. iSupplier) is often not available to other modules (e.g. iContract) , which limits the solution functionality.
