What i like most about this product is its flexibility and ease of customization. Platform allows us to tailor the chatbot experience to our specific business needs without requiring significant effort. It has helped us provide more consistent and efficient responses to customer inquiries while maintaining a user-friendly experience. The interface is ability to adapt workflows, content and chatbot behavior has made the solution particularly valuable for our team

dislikes
What I dislike most about the product is that certain processes can feel a bit slower or less otimized than expected. Additionally, a few advanced features could be more intutive , which would improve the overall user experience. While these issues don't prevent us from using the product effectivelly , addressing then would make the solution even stronger.
