Private Instance Deployments with Kore May Lag in Feature Updates

Kore.ai is super robust, it has a high learning curve but has a multitude of possibilities that other providers simply lack. Most importantly, it overcomes the typical developer bias against low-code systems by making custom scripts a native piece of the workflow. This ensures that our team never has to sacrifice technical flexibility for speed, allowing us to build highly sophisticated solutions without the limitations common in other environments. Not to mention they also provide a large pool of integrations that are ready to configure in their marketplace.

For the new GenAI capabilities, we had to open several tickets to resolve bugs / issues. This may not apply to Kore's SaaS version, however. Having our own private instance meant that we were always a few versions behind.
