Ease of use - the application is easy to use and to spin up quickly Ease of integration - we integrated with an application that they were not already integrated with but were able to do so with very little new code Reporting Capabilities - out of the box the application comes with fairly robust reporting capabilities allowing one to see the effectiveness of the Gen AI Chats.
