1. Consistent & Reliable Delivery Discipline - Temenos demonstrated strong execution capability by delivering Phase 1 on time and on budget which reflects mature project governance, disciplined planning and a clear understanding of banking grade requirements. This reliability builds confidence for the remaining phases of the program. 2. Strong configurability and low code/no code enablement - From a configuration perspective, the Temenos platform provides a high degree of parametrization rather than requiring custom code. Rules, workflows, product features, pricing logic, and customer journeys can be configured through admin tooling, allowing HTB to build products quickly and get to market quicker. 3. Strong Environment Management, Release Governance and DevOps support - Temenos has supported the build-out of a disciplined multi-environment setup (DEV,SIT,UAT,PROD) with clear controls around configuration, releases, and deployments. Their DevOps approach - automation, pipelines, environment readiness checks - has contributed to stable builds and predictable delivery.
