Product: Cornerstone Workforce AI

Product Robustness Noted Amid Concerns Over Disjointed Features and Implementation Issues

Likes and dislikes about

likes

The emphasis on improving the product and responding to customer concerns has vastly improved in the past 3 years. Functionality and where the product roadmap is headed, especially with the launch of the Talent Marketplace and LXP, has been wonderful to see. We are also looking forward to leveraging the Immerse platform as well as the new AI functionality. Lastly, Content Studio has been a really valuable tool in helping us curate the right content for our employees needs

Currently disjointed between LMS and LXP. I know unification is coming, but that is scary when you are trying to launch and implement today. I dislike the lack of connection between a product and real world function. Training models are an example of this. In theory they seem like a great fit for our business needs. When put to scale with 10,000 users and multiples of the models, execution becomes a difficulty.
