The customer service team is truly dedicated to understanding our needs and finding appropriate solutions, from user adherence to product cutomization and future improvements. They are higly responsive and truly aim at developing long term partnerships with clients. The tool is highly customizable to our needs and company processes.

Some configuration limitations (inability to create multiple contact fields, inability to easily search for folders linked to a specific contact...), the limitations of the AI which seems far behind the models available today (Claude 4.6, Gemini 3.1) etc... The lack of real integration with Office to facilitate document management (integration with SharePoint needs to be done, integration with Word and Office needs to be reviewed).
