Pre-approved fixed fee arrangements, once fed into the system, become a threshold for those particular invoices under that particular matter, both for the law firm and for the user. The best way to manage/check/validate volume discounting or approved hourly rates is through Legal Tracker. We have made considerable savings on expenses incurred on hiring paralegals to manage law firm invoicing.

See above. Not worth the effort to customize for a legal department that only needs basic DMS functions (i.e., we don't need automated workflow)
