Over the past few months, I have had the chance to work with Darktrace OT, and from a SOC analyst's perspective, it's been a genuinely interesting addition to our security stack. Darktrace already has a strong reputation for its AI-driven threat detection, but seeing how that capability translates into an OT environment has been impressive. What stood out to me right away was the visibility it brings into systems that traditionally operate in the dark. Darktrace helps bridge that gap by learning the normal behavior of industrial devices and flagging anything that deviates. Overall, Darktrace OT does bring meaningful value. It adds visibility where it's often lacking and enhances early detection in environments where traditional tools struggle.
