 Another year of using the Dragos platform, and our organization couldn't be more satisfied.  The passive detection of assets and visual mapping features revealed several architectural mistakes and misconfigurations within our OT network, allowing us to fix the errors on our terms and scheduled downtime, as opposed to during the unplanned outage that would have inevitably ensued. ***

We had so many difficulties deploying Dragos Platform. But we worked hard to make it works. But it was due to our complex environment. It a very good tool to give visibility in our environment.

The vendor (Dragos) clearly demonstrates dedication to the objectives of its product for maintaining secure cyber environments for Public Utilities and potable water systems.  Most personnel that staff Public Utilities and rely on Operational Technologies (OT) to provide essential services are insufficiently trained on cyber security measures and unaware of the magnitude of cyber threats.  While the Dragos Platform provides a sophisticated and adaptive program to monitor and maintain cyber awareness for Public Utilities, only a small proportion of Public Utility end-users are capable of setting up a cyber surveillance system.  Dragos staff recognized this end-user knowledge shortcoming and provided additional custom resources, support groups and security consortia to bridge this gap.  The thorough and exceptional security platform offered by Dragos is markedly enhanced by the companys commitment to assuring its most effective use.  This depth of support distinguishes the company and its product as truly exceptional.
