Hybrid in terms of being able to access it via Tenable One and also directly accessing our scanners locally. Strong support personnel that are responsive and clear with troubleshooting multiple issues. The plugin database that gets constantly updated almost daily and puts us on top of the most recent vulnerability.

1. The system is complex and difficult to navigate, it has a great learning curve for non-specialists. 2. In large environments it can ask for lots of resources, demanding dedicated personnel also.
