Very mature product for Recovery of a Tier 0 platform like Active Directory. Rich in features and capabilities. The best part is that it demystifies AD Forest/Domain Recovery processes and provides detailed logs of the fully automated recovery process that is very well designed. It also integrates with Azure &S3 storage to give immutable backs. Can be deployed on multiple consoles with the ability to replicate information on backup sets for console awareness. Has command like interface to backup RMAD configuration and provides high level of resiliency. Able to restore on isolated environments to test, validate and constantly improve restore timelines while also spotting misconfigurations on the AD platform that impedes a quick restores. The hybrid integration with EntraID is a bonus for hybrid environments. Integrates well with On Demand Recovery (ODR) - the SaaS solution. The ability to encrypt and secure backups. Can make multiple projects to cater to multiple recovery scenarios and is highly flexible.

Buying process was easy. Account executive really knew her stuff. Pricing was simple. Way better than my previous vendor.

Semperis has been an excellent asset to have at our disposal. Being able to recover our AD environment in the event of an emergency or an attack is something you really can't put a value on.

We have lots of changes happening to our Active Directory environment, adding Linux servers, etc... We have had to give others admin rights to some OU's and that made us nervous, this product helps us monitor and revert changes with one button click.

Our experience with Intermedix has generally been positive. Our requests, problems, and other requirements are generally met in a timely and competent manner. Communication regarding product updates has been good, but attention to industry-specific needs has lagged. The recent spin-off of WebEOC from Intermedix to Juvare appears to have prompted a new focus and energy into the product that we haven't seen since the ESI days. ESI was the developer and original owner of WebEOC prior to being purchased by Intermedix.

Always I had have the support for any incident and crisis almost immediately. May be the only problem can be the time zone, but the attention always is very kind.

Noggin provided a complete implementation, fast and flawless, giving us much guidance for integration into our organisation.

The Veoci tool has met and even surpassed all of our expectations as a collaboration tool for our crisis management teams across the global landscape. The ease of use with this tool allows senior leaders that have little to no crisis management experience to come together with their crisis teams and engage in a virtual environment and share information, ask questions, gather information, or just monitor the dialogue with their fellow team members without having to be physically together.

The product is recently acquired by IBM. this product requires more improvements.Implementation is not that easy and sybase support is little poor when we were working during our DR implementation. The lot of bugs that create lot of assumptions on RTO and RPO.
