It's really easy to use, it could be called simplifi Service Cloud

Things can be finicky and not always work as they are supposed to. These no reason behind why things don't always work as they should. With quarterly updates it is difficult to always get testing complete in the training environment in advance of the updates going live which wouldn't be a big deal if the changes didn't always seem to cause issues requiring a Hot Fix.
