The company is service minded. They are always open to help and support them to go out of their comfort zone. They are genuinely helpful, making us feel like we have a true partner. They have a good reporting structure on the over all status of the projects, applications, SLA, KPIs which is helpful for the customer to get an overall report. They are innovative and have many resources to support us as a customer need to invest in any new platform. Cost effective

1. Actual implementation experience was below par. 2. Consultants engaged on the project seriously lacked knowledge - both subject matter and business process. 3. Design team and customer support team that worked on the project was not agile at all and had immense inertia when it came to understanding and accommodating our business process dependencies.
