While Globant offers a wide variety of skillsets, in my experience, there is no consistency with regard to what a customer can expect from a Senior/Lead in particular discipline. The negative impact of this can distrupt a project in deep ways.

They are very open to feedback, quick to work with you to correct issues, and very collaborative in developing the best solution within budget.
