What I like most is the team's willingness to support and collaborate even during challenging situations. Some resources are very helpful, responsive and ready to work beyond regular hours, including off days, to resolve critical issues. They listen to feedback and make efforts to address concerns. At the same time, outcomes can improve further with stronger unit testing, better due diligence during development, and more proactive clarification of requirements before implementation.

Progress reports and other documents are voluminous and complex, making it difficult to grasp the conclusions. Design documents are also extensive and complex, making them difficult to understand. Furthermore, vendors seem to be spending a considerable amount of time on documentation, which reduces the time available for the core tasks of design and implementation.
