The team works very collaboratively, takes feedback in right spirit, raises risks appropriately and seeks right support when needed. In addition, the documentation and design aspects from the serviceNow platform have been exceptional. A few team members, in particular, bring a tremendous amount of knowledge to the table, which is helping us a build a quality product. Overall team is demonstrating string ownership, collaboration & technical depth.
