so far it is a great customer communications management solution if you are looking to distribute information through different channels, so basically, through tools like Uchart you can propagate updates of your products or networking devices through different channels at the same time using a friendly interface that allows that. it is great as well to share local updates about the site's health for example, so everyone at work can know the current status of the services, and/or physical devices.
