It is very easy to use and its ease of accessing relevant information helps in improving the productivity by keeping resources organized and readily available.

dislikes

1. Salesforce integration issues- couldnt enrich records in bulk without it failing and we had to run many batches to get the records enriched properly (500k which is not an extraordinary amount of records) 2. At the time of my usage, there were so many product gaps or features that did not work, so lots of productivity lost in having to do things manually. ie: we could enrich account records in salesforce, but no way to enrich contact records (didnt exist); ie: we could deploy some data points over to salesforce, but then other data points couldnt be updated. 3. over promise and under deliver- there would be commitments without expected delivery dates so lots of delays on getting what we asked for (having to even ask for things because the platform wasn't working and we had to get things manually delivered or updated for our use cases).
