Working with the SAP implementation team was very challenging.  They lacked even a basic understanding of our requirements, despite them being provided in full detail.  The platform itself is poor.  Typical SAP limitations in terms of connectors with other third party applications, which is essential for CDP deployments.  Even VERY basic CDP functional requirements - such as being able to log the original source for a contact or a company - are not supported. SAP provides workarounds which are not fit for purpose.
