I find the platform overall to be very difficult to use. It's super slow, not user friendly and frequently times out. The tolls that I expect to be automatically included are either not, or very difficult to use (for instance sign-up forms (lightboxes) are incredibly difficult to create and set up, Experiences tool (flows) is not intuitive at all, segmenting cannot be easily nested, even though we were literally told it could, and setting up feeds can't be done within the platform, but have to be created by your team. I was under the impression that this was one of the leading tools in the industry, and we had pretty grand expectations after the original sales demo, but after using it, in my 18+ years of email marketing experience, it's one of the most un-user friendly, slowest platforms I have used! We have had numerous problems with getting access to certain parts of the platform, proofs not being delivered, and bugs within different tools that seem like they should be easily identified and fixed, but have not been.
