A parte de dahboard e controle de adoção do cliente é fraca e prejudica o controle de multiplas contas simultaneamente. A integração com outras plataformas é muito limitada. A não possibildiade de trabalhar com contatos que estao em multiplas contas sem afetar ou misturar historicos de contas é uma limitação que prejudica o dia-a-dia. 

The dashboard and customer adoption control are weak and hinder the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Integration with other platforms is very limited. The inability to work with contacts across multiple accounts without affecting or mixing account histories is a limitation that hinders day-to-day operations.
