What do you like most about the product or service?

The standout feature for me would be the data analysis done for all the clients with their net revenue and the various accounts which churned in at risk along with the value of dead clients. Customizable table views and column views also make it very easy to immediately see the required or relevant areas specific to a portfolio of clients.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

As of now, I do not find anything that I dislike on the platform or the service. However, on rare occasions there are a few glitches that happen between Hubspot syncs. That being said, it is not necessarily a show stopper but it sometimes becomes a little disturbing when this happens.

Our organization's need for a platform to manage all our clients in one space. Clients from different geo locations and time zones and the need to keep track of all the revenue and be able to foresee churn at risk if any. These were the needs that helped in purchasing this platform. Thus Vitally helps in getting all our client portfolios organized in the same space and also makes it easy for each of our team members to have their own views and customize them. It also helps us identify all the revenue and risks within a glance and have a detailed understanding too if needed. Therefore it truly helped in achieving our needs and requirements.
