We started using Armis to provide more visibility into our network, however, it is mostly limited to the visibility of the integrations linked with Armis. Much of what we see, we already see with our other tools. Armis doesn't provide us with much actionable data for our organization's needs. We have worked with three different account managers in the 2+ years we've utilized Armis and only one of them truly shone. The other 2 account managers seem to have limited knowledge on real use cases for their product and how to best help us. Even though we've had Armis for a while, it still feels like we're in the onboarding, testing out phase. While much of this is a reflection on our own internal team, I also find it reflects on Armis for not quite delivering what they are promising and not helping us understand how to better utilize their tool.

It's a very nice platform that integrates with several other tools to get a full overview of the attack surface. Together with these integrations it also scans the network traffic to build an asset database and find anomalies on the network.
