What I like most is the request-driven user experience. It treats metadata changes like an e-commerce transactionyou add changes to a 'cart,' see the impact immediately in a side-by-side view, and then submit them for approval. The drag-and-drop hierarchy management makes what used to be a complex technical task feel intuitive for business users, reducing the dependency on IT for simple updates.

I dislike the naming conventions for KPIs since the terminology used isn't universal. Also, when pulling reports, filtering isn't consistent and I am consistently unclear whether or not I am filtering correctly. Reports don't automatically save, you have to manually save each one.
