1. I like the stability, simple management and reliable performance. The switches are easy to configure and work well for our daily network operations. 2. The product is stable, has a user-friendly interface and provides consistent network performance with minimal maintenance. 3. I like its reliability, straightforward configuration and the overall quality. It has been dependable for our enterprise network environment.

dislikes
Hardware issues specifically the POE controller. Integration in a multivendor environment was difficult. Splitting the VOIP config away from the interface config was difficult to adjust to.
