Hemos tenido retrasos importantes con resolución de problemas en hardware critico en varias ocasiones y en esos casos tuvimos que requerir que asista personal sr. a nuestro data center para poder cerrar dichas cuestiones y en esos casos a pesar de los retrasos y moletias, pudimos resolver los problemas.

We have experienced significant delays in resolving critical hardware issues on several occasions, and in those cases, we had to request personnel to come to our data center to resolve the issues. In those cases, despite the delays and inconveniences, we were able to resolve the problems.
