The ease in getting parts replaced. I can just enter a ticket online with the issue and within 30 minutes they are calling me to get further details and to tell me when they will be here with the parts. I do not have to jump through a bunch of hoops providing diagnostic logs and all kinds of extra stuff that the main brand service agreements require. When a hard drive is dead it is dead, I do not need to run a log to tell me it is dead.
