One area where ATOS could improve is getting the right talent or SME involved early in the process when issue is reported. another area is resource continuity and knowledge retention. At times, changes in personnel or transitions between teams can require additional effort to transfer knowledge and re-establish context on ongoing projects. Great consistency in staffing and more structed knowledge-sharing practices would help improve efficiency, reduce ramp-up time, and enhance the overall customer experience.
