CtrlS DC has been largely positive, particularly in terms of infrastructure reliability and cost-effective ness. The DC facilities are robust, and we have observed good uptime and performance for our critical workload including DR and hybrid hosting environments.

The overall experience of CtrlS is not too much good, it is good integrating cutting edge technology like AI and machine learning for maintenance, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing downtime, it is also focus on sustainable initiatives, they offer personalized consultation services also, but they have some very bad feedback likes their support team is not too much supportive, most of the time i faced their team also doesn't know what they can do in some server issue, and their SLA is also very bad, they have misunderstanding regarding supportive response times, sometimes local data residency laws may arise, it is complexible to manage, one main issue i faced during server OS version upgradation was we have contract the some backup policy but during OS upgradation server crash and we ask to restore the server from backup but they have my 1 week old backup but our policy is take the backup daily.

We are BFSI and we have been their customer for the past 3 years and our journey has been consistently excellent. The reliability and performance of their infrastructure has ensured uninterrupted operations for our BFSI workloads.
Their strong compliance framework has helped us meet regulatory requirements seamlessly. Their commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has made our collaboration smooth and rewarding.
