I like it's integration with poweredge hardware which enables the ability to monitor and manage physical servers from one panel instead of opening different pages. I also like the built in 24x7 operations which includes backup, recovery management which helps lowers the chances of human errors making the operations more stable. With managed services, Dell does the heavy lifting like power, cooling, and OS-level patches, freeing us to focus more on application logic instead.

Go to market strategy is kind of flawed. Channel sales is competing with direct sales which creates competition within the organization.
