HCL is our partner for a number of years, and what I appreciate is the flexibility on services and the customer focus. I said partner and not vendor becausec HCL will do all needed to ensure we get the level of service we need to conduct our business corectly. HCL manage our I&O services including infrastructure and helpdesk, and they listen to our needs, continuosly review quality and improve based on findings. Managed services provided covers backup and recovery, server management, cloud and many others.

HCL is a highly flexible partner providing Midrange Services within our IT environment. Changes to the service are easily discussed and adopted by the team. The changes in the teams set-up then, need reflection in contract as well, which then was not always too easy, as the Legal team, nor any other support team such as HR or Finance from HCL are as flexible as the delivery team. 
The team itself works self-dependently and according to the standard-operating-procedures. The only reason why not being able to provide a 5-star rating is, because they unfortunately do tend to not think out of the box, or communication between the teams sitting in 1 room together is not happening.

Overall the DCO services have consistently delivered exceptional value and service excellence.   Comprehensive disaster recovery planning and testing across ERP, enterprise applications and voice solutions have strengthened business continuity and resilience.  Continuous hardware refresh and technology upgrades have maintained a secure and modern infrastructure, achieving security and modernization objectives with zero unplanned disruptions.  The team proactive approach and technical expertise have resulted in a highly reliable and well managed IT environment.
