What stands out for me is the willingness to take critical feedback on performance and immediately put action plans for improvement into place. There will always be issues so having a process and culture of constant improvement is paramount to success.

1. Not being proactive and suggest improvements 2. Not utilizing skills acquired from other customers' 3. Too detailed in reporting - need more high-level reporting to get overall impression of services.
