One of the main strengths is its ability to integrate data from multiple sources, which makes reporting more streamlined. Another thing I liked is the improved data visibility, especially for business teams who rely on regular reports. It also helps reduce manual work and errors by automating data flows. Additionally, once set up, the system is quite stable and handles large data volumes well.

the customer services when we have an issue with the platform. Again, finding root cause is difficult, the ease to get to the issue or get someone with the skill set assign to look at the issue. Most often this happens in CAI or Administration of the platform
