Some of the standout features for us were- 1) Text data processing: As our input data was mainly chat data so the SAP Data Services were able to easily process and extract the relevant information from the chats. 2) Data Integration: It was able to combine the text data with other customer data like, customer location and specific services they are using to get to know more about the problems. 3) Data Quality Management: It cleans and organizes the chat data and removes unnecessary information to make it more relatable and useful.
