Also, we are excluding some bulk operations related to service users, we ca do that with a generic dictionary or signatures in audit policy or do that in security policy.

We have been using IDS for around 4 years mainly in our critical databases in order to monitor and apply security rules. For the users has been a transparent implementation hasn't have any impact in the performance whatsoever which was a main concern at the beginning.

Imperva has been a great product to use but it was a bit of a challenge to get set up and integrated into our environment. The Imperva PS team was great to work with and did their job well, but it was still a challenge if you don't have little database experience. There was a great knowledge transfer after the product was set up and it did help us get moving forward. However, unless you are actively in the platform on a daily basis or work with database analysts, it can be a challenge to navigate and keep your environment in a healthy state. Imperva has been great with helping and answering our questions.
