We ran into issues when scanning our OneDrive and SharePoint platforms. The scanning POD would crash at times. The support was unable to pinpoint the issues and so it took few weeks and many updates for the planform to stabilise. The support works at Indian time zone, so the timing did not work well when we were trying to fix critical issues.
