TheThe solution has been proven effective in handlinghandling high-volume DDoS attacks and has remained stable even during large-scale incidents, which is critical for maintaining customer availability.  

What has worked well for us is the strong volumetric mitigation capability and consistent performance under load. The reporting and visibility features help us analyze attack patterns and maintain operational transparency. The support team has also been reliable whenever assistance was needed. On the improvement side, enhanced cloud-native automation and deeper integration with AWS-native services would help streamline large-scale operational workflows further.
