The Verified ID service offers a robust foundation for decentralised identity, and for our current need to allow control over ones personal data, is a natural way forward. The integration with Microsoft 365 suite is by far the most significant integration we need and we are still exploring additional aspects to where the Verified ID can benefit the company.

The initial learning curve is quite steep, especially around DIDs and credential lifecycle concepts. From a data perspective, documentation on how to structure flows and integrations could be clearer. Debugging end-to-end flows isn't always straight forward.
