The console is intuitive and offers good value, however, specialized support is limited and there are difficulties with support for market platforms that generally support AWS, Azure, and GCP.

1) Outstanding price-performance bare-metal compute, NVMe storage, and free egress within tenancy deliver enterprise workloads at a meaningfully lower TCO than competing hyperscalers. 2) Autonomous Database (ATP/ADW) self-patching, self-tuning, and self-securing capabilities have reduced our DBA overhead dramatically while improving uptime. 3) Robust security model strong tenancy isolation, off-box virtualization, and integrated IAM with compartments make governance straightforward. 4) Predictable, transparent pricing with consistent global rates and a generous free tier. 5) Excellent enterprise support and architects who understand complex hybrid scenarios, including Exadata Cloud@Customer and multi-cloud (Interconnect with Azure).

The customer service is poorly prepared, and there's a lack of support for some market platforms like MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks, and Clickhouse. Many platforms don't support Oracle Cloud.
