1) The Decision Model (TDM) methodology is rigorous and intuitive for business analysts it provides a normalized, vendor-neutral way to capture business logic that becomes a true single source of truth. 2) Excellent traceability and governance every rule maps back to a regulation, policy, or business intent, which is invaluable for audits and impact analysis. 3) Strong code/artifact generation the platform produces executable services (Java, REST APIs, decision services) directly from the logical model, eliminating translation errors between business and IT. 4) Glossary-driven approach ensures consistent terminology across business units, dramatically reducing ambiguity. 5) Sapiens' professional services and customer success team are deeply knowledgeable in financial services, insurance, and regulatory domains and have been a true partner during our implementation.

i dislike most about sapiens decision is that some governance and approval processes can be complex to manage, certain administrative configurations require additional effort, and improving usability could help teams achieve faster execution.
