Spotty Connections and Workflow Disruptions Experienced With AWS Workspaces for Engineers

dislikes

- As mentioned above connections were spotty at best which was constantly disrupting productivity for our Engineers - in addition, the spotty connection and underlying workspace did not support video conferencing. Which required our developers to run video conferences on their own native machines and switch back and forth to AWS workspaces. This defeated the whole purpose of us managing our employee's workstations remotely - While latency was minimal at times, the input latency is noticeable and it did have a negative impact on the overall throughput of the Engineers that were using AWS workspaces vs the ones that were able to work on a native machine
