I love this platform as it offers seamless, high-performance virtual desktop experience, especially for our remote team. It's easy deployment and scalability have worked well for my use cases. However, it's limited customization options, which would be really useful it provided, and occasional performance issues has been challenges especially for more demanding applications, and that's what made me give it 3 star.
