The interface is genuinely intuitive, whether it's for engineering leads or contributors. The SQL query builder assisted with AI makes it easy to build custom reports without deep expertise. Native integrations cover most of our stack (for instance with Jira, GitHub etc...). The benchmarking against industry peers give real credibility when presenting to our stakeholders which is much appreciated.
