AI capabilities in both the builder tool (AI Quick Capture) and the AI answer summary (Quick Read Summary tool) are key features that allow for faster content creation and quicker resolution time for our users. The integration of our SharePoint repository allows for policy answers that are not limited to simple how-to guidance. Our users frequently navigate complex customer scenarios and are able to find the answers within the app instead of leaving and searching through SharePoint.

Difficulty building pop-ups. Also, too few customisation options native to the application; currently you need to edit the CSS/HTML to make simple tweaks like rounding corners, making buttons responsive to hover, customising font, etc.
