Architect is a very customizable and also very complex online banking solution that is based on some older software techniques that require a great deal of customization, and interaction with the service staff in order to get the software working as expected. The installation took longer than expected and required a lot of assistance from the vendor in the form of PSAs to complete the work in a timely manner.
